How we created a new one online store of dried snacks НЕРЕСТ on Yandex KIT
Manufacturer of dried fish snacks with rating on Ozon abandoned the outdated website and got a modern, lightweight store on Yandex KIT — with product migration, three delivery services, and keeping the nerestnn.ru domain.
Task: replace an outdated website and create a sales channel outside of marketplaces
NEREST is a manufacturer of dried fish snacks that successfully sells on Ozon and Wildberries. The old website nerestnn.ru no longer responded either in functionality or design: it was heavy, irrelevant and did not help the brand build direct relationships with the buyer. Our task was to create a new modern food store in Yandex KIT, which will allow you to gradually transfer traffic from marketplaces to your own channel and, over time, build an independent online sales strategy. The client’s references set the direction: light, aesthetic, selling design. Similar projects - in cases DELLWELL, FRABIOKA and TSL.

Solution: a lightweight modern store on Yandex KIT with three deliveries
New turnkey website
We created an online store NREST on the platform Yandex KIT from scratch, fully retiring the outdated previous site. We kept the old one on an old- subdomain during the transition.
Lightweight design based on references
We selected a modern, aesthetic design based on the client’s references - without visual noise, with an emphasis on high-quality product photos and easy navigation.
Transfer of goods from Ozon
We imported a current assortment of ~15–20 products into 3 categories (dried fish, dried caviar, sets), revised the descriptions and selected high-quality photographs.
Three delivery services
We connected Yandex Delivery, Ozone Logistics and SDEK - the buyer chooses a convenient method when placing an order.
Domain saving
We transferred and configured the nerestnn.ru domain to Yandex KIT with DNS, SSL and mail settings on the domain. The old version is temporarily available on the old subdomain.
Legal pages for the Russian Federation
We have prepared a Privacy Policy, Public Offer and Return Conditions in accordance with Russian legislation.

We studied the old website, the assortment on Ozon, sorted out the client’s references, agreed on the catalog structure and transfer strategy.
