Saint Vandal is an art-fashion brand from Sevastopol: clothing, paintings, sculptures and interior items. The line includes Saint Amore T-shirts, posters and sculptures like Vader Mouse.
The brand has a showroom and online store in the CIS saintvandal.ru. For EU, UK and USA, a separate store was needed on Shopify: English language, international payments and a catalog for the international market.
The CIS store continued to operate. A separate Shopify has been assembled for foreign countries

Task: to bring a CIS brand to the international market
The CIS brand decided to sell in the EU, UK and USA. It was necessary to put together a separate store on Shopify, without touching the site for the CIS. International website - in English, with its own catalogue, payment and delivery. They launched it as Vandal Department.

What we did
Shopify website
We have assembled the English online store Vandal Department: main page, collections, brand manifesto, Composition & Care.
Catalog and options
We organized the products into T-shirts, Hoodies, Posters and Sculptures collections. The sizes for clothes were adjusted, and the frame formats for posters.
Adaptation of cards
We adapted product cards, prices, sizes and delivery conditions for an international store. Texts are in English, prices are in USD.
Stripe integration
We connected Stripe and set up payment for an international store. We checked the checkout and currency switch.

Two sites in parallel
The online store for the CIS did not stop. Shopify was launched separately: in the CIS the brand sells as Saint Vandal, abroad as Vandal Department.

Yes. For Saint Vandal, the online store for the CIS was left unchanged and a separate international store was created on Shopify - Vandal Department. It has English language, currencies, Stripe integration and delivery to EU, UK and USA.
No. In this project, saintvandal.ru continued to work on the CIS market. Shopify here is a separate international online store, and not a replacement for the main site.
For Vandal Department we have collected collections of T-shirts, hoodies, posters and sculptures: English names and descriptions, sizes, care, photos, prices in USD and delivery conditions.
On Shopify we connect Stripe integration and check checkout before launch. In the Saint Vandal case, customers from the EU, UK and USA pay by card.
We adjust the currency and delivery to the region. In the Saint Vandal project, the website shows USD, delivery is calculated separately for clothing, posters and sculptures. Markets: EU, UK and USA.
For a ready-made brand with a catalog, it usually takes a few weeks: design, product loading, payments, markets, legal pages and tests. Saint Vandal already had an online store for the CIS - they needed to build an international version on Shopify.
